3 weird habits that make you more visible at work 👇
I used to think hard work was enough, that your work speaks for itself. It doesn't. I've hired and trained 350+ people in 9.5 years. Here's what I know: if your work isn't visible, you're replaceable.

1. Speak up in the first 10 minutes — say something early, even if it's just agreeing. It warms you up for when it matters.
2. Drop the word "just" — "just checking in" kills your confidence. Ask for what you need, straight up.
3. Shine light on others — send recaps, highlight contributions, and make the work visible. You don't have to steal credit, but if you're the one making others visible, you become unforgettable.
You didn't come this far to stay invisible.
