Griffin Transportation Services Inc. is seeking a Client Services Lead to join our growing team in Vancouver, BC!
ABOUT YOU
You are a client-focused professional with a proven track record in managing and enhancing client relationships. You excel in communication and are adept at resolving issues to ensure complete client satisfaction. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills make you the ideal candidate to lead our client services team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with high satisfaction.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide personalized service to enhance the client experience and foster long-term loyalty.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Deliver exceptional service to external clients.
- Handle service requests and ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and train the client services team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Track and report on client service metrics and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service performance.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in client service processes and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and update client service protocols and training materials.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience owning your role as an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree or a diploma in Office Administration, Business, or a related field is an asset.
- Confident in navigating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications, Teams, Outlook, and Payworks.
- Vibrant and welcoming demeanor to deliver outstanding customer service to clients.
- Outstanding organization and time-management skills to thrive in fast-paced work environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise with clients, staff, and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail to deliver accurate and high-quality work every single time.
- Resourceful and adaptable problem-solver that implements feedback quickly and effectively.
NICE TO HAVE
- Previous experience in the transportation industry.
- Familiarity with client management systems or CRM software.
- Experience managing high-net-worth or private clientele is considered an asset.
