Description
This dynamic, growing organization is currently recruiting for a Credit Agent. We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best customer experience.
Iceberg Finance is a company that is well-positioned in the fields of auto financing and personal loans across Canada. This position is an excellent opportunity to build on existing customer service skills and learn consumer credit profile decision-making. Fine tune your multitasking abilities, while developing your communication and problem-solving skills. It is a fantastic team environment.
Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Support approvers in the analysis of credit files;
- Inbound/outbound calls to complete customer files;
- Responding to customer calls and emails;
- Data entry of customer files;
- Credit adjudication (training provided);
- Providing superior professional service to valued clients.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
- Great Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, quick thinker
- Positive individual with excellent attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Punctual, professional and reliable.
Work schedule:
- Monday to Friday 13:00 to 21:00
- During the training (about 2 months), the schedule is 8:30 to 17:00.
