Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about pre and after-landing issues.

-Coordinate communication between clients to make sure the SUV projects are settled and run smoothly;

-Arrange settlement services according to customer needs; provide full-service support such as renting, school application, providing introduction and referral of financial management, insurance, and accounting service.

```Requirements```

-Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin

- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Detail-oriented personnel is a must-have

- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client cases simultaneously

- Knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures is an asset

-Business backgroud is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 per month
