Description
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle customer inquiries, make cold calls, assist with admin tasks, and help with email and social media marketing. If you’re friendly, organized, and great at talking to people, we’d love to have you on our team.
Compensation: $3 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do
- Make cold calls to potential users and businesses to engage them on Djobzy
- Respond to customer messages via chat, email, and phone
- Assist with email marketing campaigns to attract and keep users
- Create and schedule social media posts to promote Djobzy
- Help with admin tasks like data entry, scheduling, and organizing files
- Write blog content related to job opportunities, freelancing, and career tips
- Perform admin tasks like data entry, scheduling, and organizing files
- Ensure customers have a great experience on our platform
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service (chat, email, or phone support)
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people
- Knowledge of email marketing and social media posting
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Strong writing skills for blog content creation
