We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Verify insurance information and process patient billing
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow
Skills
- Proficiency in dental office software
- Familiarity with phone systems and electronic medical records
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is required
