We're seeking an enthusiastic Trainees – Digital Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team!

Stratis is seeking outgoing individuals looking to move into a professional, stable and exciting career where the sky is the limit. We will support you in obtaining your Level 1 General Insurance License with financial assistance and comprehensive hands on training. About the job

You will spend your first few months in training, studying for your Level 1 Knowledge Exam and learning all about the insurance industry. Once you obtain your Level 1 General Insurance License, you will be assigned a book of clients where you would work on client retention and acquiring new business. This is a base + commissions role where earning potential is in your control. Stratis will cover your licensing and training fees.

Who are we looking for?

· Individuals wanting to kick start a career in the insurance industry

· Most suitable for candidates living in Vancouver, Richmond or Burnaby

· Able to work weekends (days and evenings with overtime eligibility)

· Experience in hospitality, customer service, retail are all considered an asset

· Superior customer service skills with the ability to manage your time efficiently while paying attention to the details

Compensation

The hourly rate for this position starts at $20.00 per hour. Once you obtain your Level 1 General Insurance License, your rate will increase to $21.00 per hour and you will be eligible for commissions.

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
