We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Staff. If you are detail-oriented, have outstanding customer service skills, a knack for sales, and excel in content creation, this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
*Duties*
- Greet and assist clients with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Manage sales tracking and reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Develop and distribute engaging newsletters and content
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Respond to BrandBot SMS messages from students, with notifications sent to the studio inbox
- Respond to voicemails on the studio phone
- Support daily administrative tasks and ensure the front desk area is organized and efficient
- Perform cleaning tasks to maintain the studio’s cleanliness and hygiene standards, including mopping, sweeping, and dusting
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding towels as well cleaning and rolling yoga mats
- Ensure all areas of the studio, including restrooms and common areas, are tidy and well-stocked
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
