Delivering on our strategic public relations programs and guest experience initiatives our Communications team drives brand awareness, supports media relations and oversees our Corporate Social Responsibility programs. This team also manages, responds and reports on all guest communications.

YOU ARE:

• Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of responsibilities
• An action oriented team player who takes ownership and initiative with independent tasks
• A naturally empathetic person who has a passion for customer service
• A problem solver who exudes professionalism and maturity with the ability to navigate difficult conversations
• Able to exercise sound judgment and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee and guest relations
• Confident working with Microsoft Office and Google applications

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Monitoring all guest feedback channels and ensuring a world-class guest experience
• Providing guidance to Operators on remedying guest issues at the store level
• Implementing and developing training initiatives that improve the guest recovery approach for our restaurants
• Executing end-of-period reporting on Guest Experience metrics
• Identifying and monitoring trends while developing strategies to exceed our business needs
• Providing support to the marketing team, including but not limited to: copywriting and content creation, managing store requests, competitive analysis and reporting, general department administration and creative thinking

• Provide compensation between $50,000 to $60,000. The compensation package for this role takes various factors into consideration including market rates, experience, and qualifications
