Hiring for Full Time Restaurant Manager to join our (Great Northern Way) team!

Responsibilities:

· Supervising the team of 10+ staff on shift & ensure the team is on task, following store timelines

· Keeping teammates accountable to store checklists and procedures

· Maintaining a high level of customer experience

· Daily and monthly inventory & food ordering

· Quality control food items

· Administrative tasks such as recording daily sales, tips and invoice filing

· Creating weekly schedules and approving time clocking

· Conducting interviews, hiring and developing new talent

What we’re looking for:

· Someone with 1+ years of food service experience

· Someone who is friendly, responsible and has an enthusiastic attitude

· Someone that loves to help and serve others (both customers and team members)

· Someone who wants to be a leader and enjoys leading others

· Someone who is coachable, always willing to learn and works hard

· Someone who can problem solve
