Position: Inbound Sales Representative

Job Summary: The Inbound Sales Representative will handle incoming client inquiries, convert these inquiries into sales, and ensure a positive client experience. This role involves responding to client inquiries, managing relationships, and working to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Assist in implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Lead Conversion: Respond to incoming client inquiries, conduct assessments, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Sales Activity: Conduct a minimum of 35 sales calls per week to follow up on leads and maintain client engagement.
• Referral Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with existing referral sources to drive brand awareness and long-term business.
• Client Support: Provide detailed information about services, handle client requests, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Team Communication: Effectively communicate within the team to meet clients' needs and ensure service delivery.
• Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide relevant information to clients and stay ahead in the market.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales. Previous experience in an inbound sales or customer service role is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Sales Skills: Ability to effectively convert inquiries into sales and handle client objections professionally.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Experience with Pipedrive is an asset.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive client experience.
• Additional Requirements: Must be willing to travel. Must have own car.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $80,000 plus commission and bonus.
