Lead Framer

Description

We are looking for people of all skill levels to help grow our team. In this position, you will play a key role in the execution of our projects and be a major component in the day-to-day production that drives our success.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction drawings for framing tasks.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials with precision.
• Stand, brace, and level prefabricated walls.
• Frame floors, decks, roofs, and backframe.
• Collaborate with team members.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards.
• Participate in training to keep skills sharp and up to date.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid understanding of wall, floor, deck, and roof framing.
• Experience with framing tools (saws, nail guns, measuring devices).
• Ability to read construction drawings (preferred).
• Positive attitude and team-oriented personality.
• Past Framing experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
