Position Overview:

Join the dynamic team at Flat Mate Property Services, a leading exterior cleaning company based in Vancouver, BC. We specialize in premium residential and commercial building maintenance. Currently, we are expanding our team and looking for a Lead Technician. This role is designed for those who not only excel in outdoor cleaning tasks but are ready to take on leadership responsibilities including customer communication, managing daily schedules, and driving the work vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute a wide range of cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, graffiti removal, and stone sealing.
• Lead daily operations including scheduling, vehicle management, and team coordination.
• Engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction from the initial contact through to the completion of the job, handling inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
• Safely manage and maintain all equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards to protect both team members and clients.
• Perform administrative tasks efficiently, such as handling invoices and customer pre-calls.
• Participate in our comprehensive PAID training and development programs aimed at continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Preferred experience in general labor or related fields, though not mandatory.
• Comfortable working at heights and handling ladders.
• Physically fit to manage tasks that involve lifting, bending, and extensive outdoor work.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering superior quality results.
• A proactive, reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a positive, engaging personality.
• Safety-conscious, adhering strictly to protocols and guidelines.
