We are a leading roofing company specializing in high-quality roof repair and maintenance services. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated roofer to join our team as a full-time Roof Repair Specialist.

Job Deion:

As a Roof Repair Specialist, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems. You will work on residential and commercial properties, ensuring all repairs meet industry standards and our company’s quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs to determine the best repair solutions
- Repair leaks, replace damaged shingles, and perform general roof maintenance
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems (asphalt, metal, tile, torch on, single ply etc.)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of roofing experience
- Proficient in diagnosing and repairing various roofing issues
- Strong knowledge of different roofing materials and installation techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment
