Pacific Heights Services Inc, is a well established Commercial and Strata, Exterior building maintenance company providing window cleaning, pressure cleaning, and exterior building maintenance services throughout the lower mainland. We are currently looking for experienced workers to expand our team. We are committed to safety and certification for our team. Pacific Heights believes in continuing education for our employees. We’ve been in business for more than 20 years and have a significant presence as a reliable, regional building service contractor. We are looking for rope access technicians Washing Technician: Window cleaning via rope access - Exterior building pressure washing - Post construction window cleaning.

Work experience is desirable, but training can be provided to the right candidate.

 

Requirements

· 1-2 years rope access experience

· Hard working and motivated and a drive to succeed

· Must be clean cut and presentable

· Applicants must not be afraid of heights, and able to work on ladders and suspended platforms

· Valid BC drivers license is an asset, but not required

· Must be able to work while suspended in harness for extended periods of time

 

Your main duties as a Rope Access Specialist will include but will not be limited to:

· Rope access to hard-to reach areas without scaffold or a work platform;

· Undertaking rescues, with some knowledge of legislation, safety requirements.

· Descend, ascend, and traverse ropes for access and work while suspended by harness;

· Perform a variety of manoeuvres on rope comfortably;

· Perform duties such as washing windows, pressure washing, inspections, painting touch ups, and other kinds of work at height or high angle;

· Perform minor repair/maintenance activities at height or high angle.

Compensation:

$27- $37.00 depending on certification level, and experience.
