Eminent Beauty System is looking for former nail technician or individual who is outgoing, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented. We are seeking part time Sales Associates for our nail supply retail store in Vancouver. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and reliability
• Maintains friendly demeanor and positive attitude
• Enthusiastic about working with people and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
• Able to work in a team and/or independently
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by providing product information and demonstrating features
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
• Maintain store cleanliness by vacuuming, dusting, and organizing
• Stock shelves and maintain properly merchandised store appearance
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and accurately
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers
• Must be able to lift heavy boxes up to 40 lbs

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Passionate about beautifying others
• Desire to provide excellent customer service and achieving that sale
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of customer orders
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese is beneficial
• Previous experience in nail salon as nail technician or related is desirable
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.75-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
