Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and polished VIP Concierge Brand Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a flair for luxury service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a keen understanding of high-end clientele needs. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering bespoke concierge services, cultivating relationships with VIP clients, and ensuring an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized concierge services and ensuring their needs and expectations are met with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their preferences and delivering tailored experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of services and experiences.
• Stay updated on aesthetic trends, treatments, and technologies to offer clients the most current, innovative, and ethical treatment options.
• Be level-headed and use common sense to assess situations and make sound judgments on the spot.
• Handle any client issues or concerns with sensitivity and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the VIP client experience and contribute to the growth of the brand's reputation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a luxury concierge, client services, or brand ambassador role, preferably within high-end or luxury industries.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle complex requests with discretion and professionalism.
• Knowledge of luxury services, high-end travel, fine dining, and exclusive events.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and representing a luxury brand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
