Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually (negotiable) for 37.5 hours/week

Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies

Manage contracts

Develop policies and procedures to implement programs

Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures

Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate human resources policies and programs

Administer benefit, employment equity, and other HR programs

Establish administrative procedures

Supervision: 16–20 people
