About Me

I have accumulated over five years of comprehensive experience working across HR onboarding, helpdesk, and recruitment, honing my expertise in diverse roles and responsibilities within these fields. For the first two years of my career, I worked as part of HR Onboarding and Helpdesk at Asticom, where I was deployed to Globe Telecom.

 

This role involved providing essential human resources support, ensuring smooth integration for new hires, and addressing employee concerns through efficient helpdesk operations. During this period, I developed a deep understanding of onboarding processes, human resource systems, and employee communication strategies, which allowed me to contribute significantly to operational efficiency. Following this phase of my career, I transitioned into the recruitment field, and for the past three years, I have been working as a dedicated technical recruiter. My responsibilities in this role have centered around sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier technology candidates into roles that align with their expertise and career goals.

 

My recruitment experience has enabled me to cultivate a strong grasp of technical job requirements, candidate engagement, and pipeline management, ensuring hiring targets are met effectively.   • Searches for ideal candidates of IT roles using different sourcing tools.

  • Does phone screening and follows up with the client for updates.

  • Schedule interviews for client.
