Who We Are

At iLoveKickboxing, we focus on wellness from the inside out. Our members experience results driven by accountability and empowerment. Our trainer-led classes combine the intensity of cardio kickboxing with full-body HIIT workouts, changing lives and inspiring people to believe in themselves on and off the mat. iLoveKickboxing fights for a more empowered world with closed fists and open hearts.

What We Value

Collaborative Ownership

Everybody's journey begins with ownership, owning where we are at in the present moment, awareness of our strengths and weaknesses, honoring our personal story, and having the desire to expand into possibility. Together we honor each other's gifts while owning our own contribution.

Connected Disconnection

We connect to ourselves by disconnecting from the noise of the outside world, from the whispers other’s opinions and owning our inner strength. By doing this we bring that strength to the collective power of our communities, and find sanctuary in knowing we are supported by those around us.

We aim to listen and understand the stories that our communities are built upon. We don’t hide the messy truth, back down from hard conversations, or daunting tasks. We find resilience and courage in moments of discomfort, using them to expand our understanding of the world, each other, and our own strength.

We show up everyday with heart, caring deeply about having a positive impact on the people we serve, our members, franchisees, teammates and ourselves.
