With far too many hours spent in academic settings, I developed a strong ability to analyze and break down problems systematically, applying those skills to create innovative technological solutions that improve workflows, systems, and human interactions with technology.

Most recently, I served as the Senior Manager of Network Operations and IT in a remote northern town in Quebec, a role that offered both rewarding challenges and unique perspectives. I worked for an Indigenous-owned fiber optic Internet Service Provider based in Schefferville, Quebec, located on the border of Labrador. This region presented a complex environment for deploying cutting-edge technology due to its isolated location and harsh conditions.
