Hi! My name is Charlyn G. Garcia and I’m excited to apply for this position. I bring with me a strong background in customer support and administrative work, which I believe makes me a great fit for this role.
I previously worked as a Chat Support Representative at Pashunfruit Collective for over a year and a half. There, I handled multiple customer conversations at once, resolved issues quickly, processed orders, and ensured customers had a smooth experience through live chat. Before that, I also worked as a Secretary at DepEd Dumaguete and a Stenographer at the Hall of Justice, where I gained experience in handling sensitive information, writing and editing documents, and communicating professionally.
These roles helped me become highly detail-oriented, a fast typist, and someone who can stay calm and friendly even under pressure.
