"Hello! My name is Cherielyn Mercado Gulay, and I'm 36 years old. I currently reside in Cogon Norte, Loon, Bohol. I pursued a degree in BS Accountancy at the University of Bohol, although I wasn't able to complete it due to financial constraints.

Professionally, I've had a diverse experience. I started as a tour attendant for 2 years, which honed my communication and people skills. I then transitioned to the BPO industry, where I worked as a cold caller/appointment setter for an energy provider campaign. Additionally, I spent 1 year and 5 months as a Customer Service Representative at IBEX Global - Bohol, serving as a healthcare advocate.! I just gave birth to a healthy baby and currently on maternity leave. Now that I have a baby, I've decided to transition from onsite work to a work-from-home setup. This change will allow me to balance my work and family responsibilities, ensuring I can care for my baby while still contributing  professionally. Although I don't have direct experience as a virtual assistant, I've developed relevant skills in my previous roles. As a cold caller/appointment setter and customer service representative, I've honed my ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and provide excellent support to clients and internal stakeholders.

In my 2-year tenure, I've demonstrated strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, which I believe can be valuable in any available virtual assistant role. I'm eager to leverage my experience and skills in a new capacity.  I'm excited to leverage my skills and experience in future opportunities
