Craig Slack

Craig has been in the IT industry since 1994 in various technology delivery roles and he has founded or co-founded a total of 5 companies. His most recent venture is as the co-founder of Invero, which is an IT Services company that specializes in helping clients to digitally transform by leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Invero has been in business since 2016 and has a growing presence across Canada that has been recognized with multiple awards in recent years, including the Azure Partner of the Year from Microsoft. KEY CAREER ACHIEVEMENTS • Founded five companies with the most recent being Invero which has grown rapidly since 2016 and continues to find success serving its customers needing Azure and Office 365 expertise • Over 20 years of project and program delivery experience • Experienced in multiple methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and PMI • Managed budgets up to $200M and projects as large as $35M with teams up to 130 people spread across 6 regions on 3 continents. • Initiated and managed three Project Management Offices (Teck Resources, Telus Mobility and Fiver Media) to mature PM processes and mentor PMs • Volunteered as the Director of Outreach for the Project Management Institute (PMI) Canadian West Coast Chapter • Program manager for a $35M residential gateway (router/firewall) software and hardware development program that was competing against Linksys, managing a team of 80 resources around the globe
