Guy Duport

From 1987 to 2006 I worked as a senior financial management consultant dealing with financial due diligence process, mergers and acquisitions and contested takeover bids in Europe, the United States and Africa. I held several senior management positions within ISSA Group of Companies, including in late 2000 the position of Managing Director of Asia Pacific establishing the ISSA Group Beijing and Hong Kong, China office. Co-founded Trendfield Holdings Ltd.(THL) in August 2005. As CEO of THL I developed the company into a financially stable, mining and consulting group resigned in July 2015. From March 2011 to July 2016 was CEO of WAI Capital Investments Corp. (TSX:V "WAI"). Specialties: I am skilled in negotiating complex cross border business deals. Recently my skills were instrumental in the organization and framework of the establishment of the strategic partnership between China National Nuclear Corporation and the Republic of Niger for uranium exploration and exploitation.
