Melissa is an award-winning social entrepreneur with a passion for adopting innovative PR and communications solutions to campaigns and strategies that solve social and environmental issues. She began her career in NYC more than a decade ago, and in 2011, Melissa founded Yulu Public Relations, an international B Corp certified, purpose-driven communications firm mandated to championing social innovation through its clients' communications campaigns and social purpose strategies. Yulu has driven the strategies for impactful movements and organizations such as Carbon Engineering, Greyston Foundation, World Housing, B Lab, Fuck Cancer, Clinton Global Initiative and the Deepak Chopra Center. Driven by the belief that stories have the power to drive human behavior and systemic change, Melissa and her team are also behind the growing Impact Relations movement.
