DYNAMIC AND HIGHLY SKILLED SENIOR CORPORATE EXECUTIVE – I am a strategic Executive with over three decades of experience in the public corporate arena including the structuring of mergers and acquisitions; going public; providing corporate finance advice; finding and implementing solutions in challenging situations; and being a positive change agent. After 15 years of private practice as a corporate finance and securities lawyer, I left the practice of law to become President of a private company offering advice to and investing in numerous public or going public companies engaged in the resource and technology sectors. I have been involved in raising over $250m in equity or debt financing. Currently I am the Chairman and CEO of a TSX.V listed resource company engaged in an international mining project and a director of a CSE listed technology company. I remain a member in good standing of the Law Societies of British Columbia and Alberta.
