About Me

With over 16 years of experience in technical support and customer success, I bring a strong foundation in service excellence, problem-solving, and client relations.

My career began as a Technical Support Representative, where I specialized in troubleshooting printers and fax machines. I quickly advanced to a management role as a Call Auditor, ensuring quality and consistency across customer interactions for eight years. Seeking new challenges, I joined RingCentral as a Technical Support Specialist and later became an Implementation Advisor, guiding clients through onboarding and system setup. This role strengthened my technical skills and deepened my commitment to customer empowerment.

Currently, I serve as a Solutions Engineer at Five9 Philippines, managing key accounts, resolving complex technical issues, and delivering strategic updates. I take pride in being a dependable partner to clients and consistently exceeding expectations.
