With a background in Mass Media, Advertising/PR, and Business Management, I’ve gained 11+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations, research and writing - and more recently, teaching and administration.
This journey has reaffirmed my commitment to inspiring and empowering the next generation - and I aim to transition into life coaching for adults with a focus on wellness. Currently working as an Administrator at Back In Motion Rehab / Edgemont Naturopathic and supporting Maria as an Assistant, I'm looking for similar opportunities in Canada/US while coaching myself until I can coach another :)
