How to Get Verified in Djobzy

Though it is not super important to get verified right off the bat, it is helpful to be verified as it creates more credibility for the employer. Djobzy has a 7-level verification system. In this article, we will see how we can get verified, step by step. Let’s dive in.
For your information, verifying up to Step 2 is mandatory; however, it is strongly recommended to verify all the way till step 7. As you go through the verification steps, you will find that the verification steps are the process to verify yourself and the way of completing your Djobzy profile.


Step 1: After email verification, when you log into Djobzy, the verification will start. As the first step, you have to pick a Username here. Please note that any special character except Underscore ( _ ) is not allowed in the username. After you choose your unique username, proceed to click the next button at the bottom.

Before going to the next step, you will be shown one pop-up to choose your default profile between Employer and Employee. For your information, you will get both profiles anyway (Employee and Employer); we made sure that everybody could hire and get hired by switching between their employer and employee profiles. This pop-up is just to give you a choice to pick and prioritize between two profiles. Just pick whichever you prioritize and click the ‘Continue to start using Djobzy’ button. 

Now, you will be presented with the following screen. It’s time to select the field/fields you want to work in. Select categories and subcategories you want to showcase on your profile and click the Save button. You can always edit it later, so feel no pressure.

The pop-up will close, and you will be on the Step 1 verification page. Just click Next, and the Step 1 verification is done.

Step 2: 

Here, you will verify your phone number. Go ahead by selecting your country code and providing your phone number, then click the “Send Code” button. You will get a 4-digit code on your phone within a minute.

Once you get the code, insert it into the second box as shown in the picture below and click the “Verify” button. Once it is verified and you see a green checkmark beside the box, click the “Next” button.
It should be noted that you must click “Verify” before clicking the “Next” button.

And you have completed step 2. The two mandatory steps of the whole verification process are complete. You can either start using Djobzy now or proceed with other verification steps. 

Step 3:

In this step, you will be asked to connect your social media accounts to your Djobzy profile. Please proceed by connecting your existing social media accounts. In case you don’t have any social media accounts, just select “I don’t have any social media account” at the bottom of the page. 

Step 4:

Step 4 is all about your address. Start by writing down your postal code. Next, start writing your address, and our AI will start showing suggestions based on the input. Just select your address from the suggestions. If you don’t find the address in the suggestions, don’t worry, you may still write your address and save it. If you don’t want to disclose your full address, your city, state, and country details will suffice.
Next, you need to upload a document where your name and address are written clearly (ID cards, electric bill, or any other kind of paper/documents);  it is needed for the review process. Just click the “Upload document to verify address” and upload the file. We allow JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, and PDF file formats. If you want to grab a document, take a picture with your phone and upload it, make sure the details (mainly your name and address) are clearly visible.
Please note that your uploaded document must be dated within the past 3 months. Also, note that the file size should be around 100 KB. 
 

Once you are done uploading, click the “Next” button at the bottom. 

Step 5: Time to submit your identification documents. First, select the document type (driving license, any government-issued id, or passport). Then upload a photo of yourself (it is suggested to upload a photo where you are not wearing any sunglasses or cap), make sure you are easily recognizable. Then, upload the pictures of the front and the back of your ID card/document. Submitting the front part of the document/ID card is obligatory; the back part is optional.
Note: it is recommended to upload pictures that are not more than 300 KB each. We allow JPG, JPEG, PNG, DOC, DOCX, and PDF file formats.

After uploading the files, please click “Verify Identity”, and the process will start. You will get a notification upon completion. Then, click the “Next” button.  

Step 6: This is where we verify your payment method. This payment method will be added to your profile, and only you will be able to see it. This step will cost you one dollar to verify.
Start by selecting your payment method. Next, you have to check the box, which means you comply with our Terms & Conditions (here is the link to our Terms & Conditions page for your convenience: https://www.djobzy.com/terms-of-use). Then click the “Next” button. 

The whole page will expand, and it will ask for your full name, card number, expiry date, and CVV. Djobzy doesn’t save your card details in any way; your privacy is secured. After writing everything, click the submit button. You will be notified instantly after completion, then click the “Next” button.

Step 7: In this final step, you will be requesting an interview with one of our representatives. He will take a short interview (5-7 minutes) to check your background. Just click “Request an interview,” and an automated interview request will be registered. Our representative will contact you shortly and have the meeting when it is convenient for you. 

After you request an interview, just click the “Finish” button, and you will be taken to the homepage. You have totally completed the verification and that means you can find a job or an employee much easier. Totally verified users on the search result pages of our website are placed in front of partly verified users. Statistically, fully verified users receive more offers than those who are not fully verified. We wish you a great experience on our platform.
