I have extensive management experience with private and public companies. I have more than 20 years of legal and financial experience. Former securities lawyer at a number of Canadian national law firms in Vancouver with a focus on assisting companies going public on the TSX Venture Exchange, TSX, and the CSE. Going Public Transactions I help private companies go public including structuring the going public transaction, driving, and leading all aspects of the going public process. IPOs, CPCs, RTOs, QTs, and Direct Listings. M&A Transactions I help private and public companies undergoing transformative M&A transactions in a leading or supporting role. Public Company Management I act as management for public companies as a director, officer, and advisor. I hold law degrees from the University of Copenhagen (Cand.
