Over the past decade, I have helped to develop, expand and lead a variety of national and international enterprises, including Payfirma--an award winning leader in the Canadian Fintech industry, and Flight Centre Travel Group--one of the world's top 5 travel management companies. As Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Payfirma, I helped lead the organization to its most successful period in the company's history, delivering consistent growth and leading the business into profitability. In 2017, I led the partnership team at Payfirma to their most successful year ever by adding more than 10 new strategic partnerships - including some of Canada’s most prominent financial institutions. My leadership and stewardship at Payfirma assisted in a successful liquidity transaction (M&A) resulting in a larger and more profitable business. As the sales leader at Flight Centre Travel Group, I helped oversee the expansion of a new line of business, growing the business from no revenue and 3 sales staff to over $40 million in revenue and nearly 200 sales staff across the country. More recently, I have consulted with a number of local technology companies helping them lay the foundation for rapid growth. I have also been engaged with the Business Development Bank of Canada, building out their Sales and Marketing tactical services program. In my recent engagement as Chief Revenue Officer at ClearDent, I was leading the Sales, Marketing, Partnership and Customer Success organization to help slingshot Canada's fastest growing Dental Practice Management Software company to their next stage of growth. In my current role as CEO of Clearly Payments, I am thrilled to be leading the next generation of disruption in the payments space. Clearly Payments' mission is to drive the cost of accepting payments down for merchants in North America. We are among the first to offer subscription style membership pricing and the first payments company to adopt a model of radical transparency. I love working with people to build and grow sustainable businesses. As a consultative leader, I take a lot of pride ensuring return on investment for all stakeholders - including employees, shareholders and customers.
