Most of these software businesses were later sold to major international companies. *** Original developer and business co-founder of Australasian SME ERP package “Exonet” – now known as MYOB EXO and the regional market-leader in its space; used by many thousands of businesses throughout Australia and New Zealand. Exonet was sold to Solution6 in the year 2000 and Solution6 subsequently merged with MYOB. *** Former chairman and co-founder of ASX listed Software company “Datasquirt”. who produced a web-based SaaS product called CONTACT that enables corporate contact centers to harness new direct communication channels with their customers, partners and staff. Datasquirt was sold to LiveOps Inc in December 2011. *** Former chairman and founding member of the SAP Business One Global Solution Partner Advisory Council (SPAC). *** Former CEO and co-founder of NZAX-listed “Enprise Group”, which included Enprise Software (SAP Business One Gold Solution Partner, which was sold to ProjectLine Solutions of Canada in 2015), Enprise New Zealand & Enprise Australia (NZ & AU MYOB EXO Platinum Partners), Datagate Innovation Ltd (Cloud-based billing & analytical portals for telco, utility & cloud resellers) and formerly EMS-Cortex (Cloud Application, Service and User Provisioning Software). EMS Cortex was sold to Citrix Corporation in February 2011. *** Now CEO of Datagate Innovation, a global provider of SaaS telecom billing solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
