Regardless of the companies I’ve worked at and roles I’ve had, the one common aspect I enjoyed the most was developing great teams. It’s in those relationships that something great was built. When the right people are in the right roles, there’s 100% accountability and everyone performs better. I think that’s what’s drawn me so strongly to the hiring world. I want companies to build great teams so they can be successful and experience the same level of satisfaction as I have had.
