We offer personalized mental healthcare in multiple languages, especially to the Global Chinese. We provide in-person access, video or phone consultation.

Our approach

Dogwood Counselling offers Integrative Psychotherapy, Art Therapy and Play Therapy, Attachment Theory, Gottman Method, Family Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Narrative Therapy, CBT, and Hypnotherapy. Our verbal and non-verbal based therapies and workshops help clients to define therapeutic goals. Collaboratively, we achieve positive outcomes.

Together, we help clients find hidden abilities, strengths, and new paths to enhancing quality of life - by improving communication skills, assertiveness, self-awareness, emotion management and interpersonal relationships.

暖木心理諮商提供心理綜合療法、藝術治療、遊戲治療、葛文婚姻輔導法、親子依附理論、家族治療、創傷療法、敘事療法、認知行為療法和催眠。運用語言和非語言療法為基礎的個人或家庭輔導以及心理健康講座工作坊，幫助個案確定目標。通過療癒關係的合作達到積極正向的成長與改變，進而提高溝通技巧、自信、自我覺察能力、情緒管理和人際關係。我們幫助個案找到隱藏的潛能、優勢、以及新的途徑去改善並提升自我的生活品質。
