  • Software Support Specialist on a SaaS-Based Property Management Software responsible of aiding advise in software related problems ( e.g., operating system, application error, malfunctions, sync related issues and the likes ). Performs in depth investigation then look at the complex system around the issues, and identify key points of failure. Finally, determine solutions to address those root causes. Provide technical support for clients including technical cases and responding via email and chat.

  • Helping our customers in troubleshooting and setting up their printers via chat. We help our users to fix issues and errors on their printers to get 100% reliability when printing. Also, we help our users in setting up their printers for the first time that involves connecting them to their internet ( wireless or Ian) that may require us to take control of their device/computer ( MaC or Windows operating system ) and install the software and run some commands. Finally connecting the printer and run some test print to assure it's working properly. We also do upselling by offering them new printer model and packages that will auit their needs.

  • Answering calls from our customers regarding their mobile plan and issues. At first, I was a retention agent that our main goal is to encourage our churning costumer to stay with the company by offering them monthly plan deals and discounts that will be suitable for their needs. As retention agent we are also trained to handle general concerns and perform technical support role jobs to ensure that our customers will not leave our company. After 8 months, I was transferred to technical support department where in we need to make sure that our customers mobile data, phone calls and text messaging are working properly and as expected. We also do/help our customers in number porting and phone swapping related request.
