I have been in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for about 7 years. My experience includes the following: Healthcare, Motor & Property Insurance, Telephone Banking, Hospitality Management, and E-Commerce Supplier Support.
OBJECTIVE: Virtual Assistant.
Which will provide me the opportunity to be in this dynamic career field. To utilize my past experiences and broaden my educational background and its relationship to the virtual service industry.
