About Me

I have been in the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative for about 7 years. My experience includes the following: Healthcare, Motor & Property Insurance, Telephone Banking, Hospitality Management, and E-Commerce Supplier Support. 

 

OBJECTIVE: Virtual Assistant.
Which will provide me the opportunity to be in this dynamic career field. To utilize my past experiences and broaden my educational background and its relationship to the virtual service industry. To further enhance my interpersonal skills and adhere to the goals and objectives of the company while seeking longevity in tenure.

Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong emphasis on details and accuracy. Ability to work independently or as a team player in a fast-paced environment. Willing to learn and proactively contribute to goals set. Adept personal computer and work-related processing skills. Competent in areas of resources and management. Fluent in English, both written and oral.
