- Lecturer in Civil Engineering at GND Engg College, Bidar for an year - Joined SAIL as Management Trainee - Supervised constructions of Buildings and Roads upto 1992 - Setup Tender Cell for DSP's Town Services along with all systems and procedures - Joined Communications and PR and headed it for nine years as Chief of Communications with responsibility of Internal & External Communications, Event Management, Hospitality and Protocol - Won 14 awards at ABCI for House Mag, Brochure etc. - Setup CSR Department at DSP complete with all systems and procedures. Completed 70 projects amounting to Rs. 9 crores. Adopted ten villages for overall development and implemented schemes around DSP's periphery in Education, Social Development, Employment Generation, Sports Promotion etc. - Took over reins of Maintenance of DSP's Township having an area of around 5000 acres, 25000 houses, 1700 shops, sector markets, clubs, stadia etc. complete power distribution network and with own water treatment and distribution network. - Additional responsibility of administration of the township from 2014 complete with estate issues, revenue collection, house allotment, prevention of encroachments, management of vacant land etc. * Went to UK for training on Communication at then British Steel's Ashorne Hill Managemnt College. Subsequently, went to IIM, Kolkata for two weeks training under Special Management Programme along with visits to Australia and South Korea. * Has taken lectures on various topics in different topics in SAIL's MTI and management institutions of Durgapur *** Motto: to effectively balance the three lives a person lives during his lifetime - Personal, Professional and Social.
