About Me

To begin with my graduation from University of Delhi, I learnt Business Economics along with International Financial Management and International Marketing. I started as a Customer Service Associate in a small firm and after 18 months got promoted as Business Development Manager of the process. By assisting in sales, promotions and overall company development. I have completed the sales target in collaboration with the project managers, finance department, and procurement team by increasing the achieving the overall target of the team in 30 days and increasing sales by 25%. I have managed the entire sales process, including bringing in new initiatives, establishing and sustaining client relationships, and offering outstanding customer service by providing them different and alluring schemes. After working for 5 years in India I decided to gain more knowledge and experience in Customer Service by merging my economics background with hospitality and tourism. So, I started my Post Baccalaureate Diploma in Global Hospitality and Tourism Management from Capilano University, North Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in September, 2020. So, here I am into a new world of exciting opportunities and fun, where there is certainly more to learn, gain, build and achieve.
