Hi there! My name’s Simon, I’m a Digital Marketing Strategy Consultant, Instructor and Speaker. Currently Web Strategy & Optimization Manager at Unbounce, where I'm responsible for leveraging data from all stages of the acquisition funnel to improve conversion rates and drive revenue - with a major focus on SEO and CRO. At agency Splashbox in Melbourne, I was leading the digital marketing team, managing internal training and processes, along with overarching strategy across about 100 businesses, helping them grow revenue through SEO, SEM, Social Media, CRO, Email Marketing and other digital channels. I love a technical challenge, thriving at dealing with the most complex digital marketing elements such as optimizing international websites for SEO, managing multi-million dollar spends for lead generations or running ultra-targeted geographical campaigns for local businesses. I’ve been running digital marketing workshops at General Assembly monthly for about 3 years, and I’ve been speaking regularly at events held by WeTeachMe, Search Marketing Summit or Big Digital. I also taught the 2019 Digital Marketing curriculum for RED Academy Vancouver's summer cohort. Data analytics is one of my passions and I always back my strategies and recommendations with the right metrics.
