Hi! I’m Christian D. Cenita, but you can call me Cenny or Chris.

I’m a Customer Service Representative with 3 years plus of experience in the BPO industry. During that time, I’ve handled different types of customers, accounts, and concerns, which helped me build strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

I also have experience working with Shopify and e-commerce. I’m familiar with assisting customers with orders, answering product-related questions, handling concerns, and making sure they have a smooth experience from start to finish.

One thing I’ve learned from working in customer service is that every customer is different. Some situations require patience, some require quick problem-solving, and others simply require someone who knows how to listen. I always try to understand the concern first and find a solution that works for both the customer and the business.

I’m comfortable learning new tools and processes, and I don’t mind stepping outside my usual responsibilities when the job requires it. I’m someone who takes ownership of my work, communicates clearly, and makes sure tasks are completed properly.

At this point in my career, I’m looking for an opportunity where I can use my customer service and e-commerce experience to genuinely help a business and grow with the team.
