Been working for a total of five years now. Started working a Customer Service Representative in the BPO industry and had the chance of working with top Telecommunications Company across the globe. Transitioned to become a Virtual Assistant and got the chance to work with different job roles such as General VA, Appointment Setter, Healthcare Recruiter, Inside Sales Agent, Lead Generation Specialist and Customer Support Agent. Over the last 3 years, I have acquired a such couple of knowledge in the job roles I had and able to use those as my advantage and edge to land into a new position and excel to it.
