Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist / Virtual Assistant to help manage our clinic's database and administrative records. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing speed, high accuracy, and experience handling confidential medical or clinic data (HIPAA awareness is a plus but not mandatory).
​🩺 Responsibilities:
- ​Accurately enter patient information, medical histories, and billing details into our system/software.
- ​Organize, sort, and verify clinic data before entry to ensure no duplicates or errors.
- ​Manage and update appointment schedules and doctor timetables.
- ​Scan and upload paper documents, medical reports, and prescriptions digitally.
- ​Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient and clinic information.
​💼 Requirements & Skills:
- ​Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Medical Virtual Assistant.
- ​Fast and accurate typing skills with high attention to detail.
- ​Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
- ​Experience with Clinic Management Software (e.g., Jane, Cliniko, Practice Perfect) is a huge plus.
- ​Good communication skills and understanding of basic English (medical terminology knowledge is a bonus).
- ​Reliable internet connection and a secure workstation.
