Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to our Vancouver office. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing electronic communications, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency with office software, and a strong attention to detail.
Requirements:
2 years minimum of Administrative Work or clerical experience
Fluent in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Proficiency with Customer Relation Management System
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an administrative liaison for all positions reporting to the Operations Manager
- Provide administrative support, including office organization, communication management, and filing
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing electronic communications
- Assist with personnel functions and travel arrangements
- Support sales representatives and executive staff with various tasks upon Management Team approval
- Prepare and assist with New Account documentation
- Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate representatives
- Assist with client account history review
- Perform customer data entry into the CRM system
- Manage packaging and shipping deliveries
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
