Fraser Valley Seismic is seeking an Administrator to join our quickly growing team. Pay begins at $25/hr with benefits after a 90 day probationary period.

The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to maintain back end systems, provide administrative support to our teams in the field and to assist in the day to day operations of the company as required.

The opportunity will be ideal for someone who either has experience in construction and is looking to get out of the field, or someone who has administrative experience and is seeking to acquire new skills.

Work may include the following tasks;

Back end project setup and ongoing maintenance.

Basic Takeoffs.

Plan markups.

Inventory monitoring.

Client communications.

Data Entry.

Scheduling and recording of JOHSC meetings.

Responding to and resolving base level employee issues.

Additional tasks as required.

Ability to write grammatically correct sentences and use correct punctuation.

Capable problem solver.

Maintain a high level of accuracy when carrying out all duties.

Ability to learn and utilize new technology/software.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in a related field or position.

Able to fluently speak, read and write in English.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience in the construction industry is desired.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
