 We’re Looking for a Junior Professional Organizer (Independent Contractor, female)
Are you passionate about organizing and helping others create calm, clutter-free spaces? Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Organizer to join us as an independent contractor (not an employee).

✨ About You:

• Friendly, gentle, and client-oriented
• Flexible, coachable, and eager to learn
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Has a flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays)
• Has a car or reliable transportation (preferred)
• Enjoys organizing your own home or helping friends/family
• Knows basic folding and organizing techniques (experience or self-taught)
• Has legal status in Canada (Open Work Permit, Permanent Resident, or Citizen)
• Physically able to lift and move boxes and household items as part of the job
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong communication skills
• (We are currently looking for a female contractor to best match the physical and team dynamics of this role.)

🕒 Schedule:
4 to 8 hours per day
Flexible hours Monday–Friday (some Saturdays possible)

💰 Compensation:
Starting at $22/hour (first month) as a Junior Organizer (contract position)
Opportunity to grow into a Senior Organizer role with higher pay based on performance and learning
