Description
Bakery Café seeking two PT Barista/Counter person
We're a small group of fun and hard working individuals looking for the right fit to join our team. We are looking to hire people to fill 2-4 shifts (each) a week to start. Saturday availability is a must for both positions. More information will be provided at the time of the interview. We thank everyone for their interest in the position however only eligible applicants will be contacted.
Applicant Requirements:
- 1-year minimum barista and cash handling experience preferred
- flexible availability (mornings, holidays, and most importantly
weekends)
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
- self-motivated and outgoing personality!
- ability to work well with others or alone
- must be punctual, lateness is not tolerated
The chosen candidate(s) will be responsible for:
- greeting all of our guests
- serving coffees and pastries in house or to go
- cleanliness and general upkeep of the bakery
- answering phones
- dealing with customer inquiries and custom orders
- keeping supplies stocked and inventory tracked
Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $17.40 per hour
