Abba Medix Corp (Abba) is a licensed producer located in Pickering, Ontario. Abba focuses on the distribution of a wide variety of premium medical cannabis products for medical customers seeking safe solutions for their routine or complex health and wellness needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting medical patients through their journey with medical cannabis. The focus will be on providing exceptional customer care to both internal and external customers by always ensuring customer satisfaction through multiple channels of communication.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and social media platforms
· Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, addressing customer complaints, and providing effective resolutions
· Accurately file and submit complaint tickets through internal systems
· Initiate service tickets with shipping carriers, including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator
· File incident reports with relevant authorities, such as Police Reports and Health Canada Loss and Theft Reports
· Submit documentation related to cannabis product issues, including Adverse Reaction Reports
· Create and issue return shipping labels for customer product returns
· Assist Customer Care when needed on inbound calls.
· Provide excellent customer service with each interaction.
· Process order requests from clients, caregivers, and/or health care practitioners.
· Maintain 100% confidentiality with company and client information.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, bilingual is a must.
- Demonstrate a passion for customer satisfaction. Prior experience in a customer service environment is an asset.
- Demonstrate tact and diplomacy when handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Ability to resolve client inquiries professionally following company policies, procedures, values, and best practices.
- The ability to manage your workload is required.
- Flexible and responsive to both the needs of the customer and the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Work effectively as a team member, or individually as required, in a highly energized and demanding environment.
Compensation
$48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
