Billing AP & AR Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Billing AP & AR Administrator to join a fast-paced dynamic team.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
- Manage full-cycle AP and AR processes, including billing, invoicing, and collections
- Handle ticketing and credit management with accuracy and efficiency
- Reconcile accounts and ensure timely processing of payments and receipts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and support financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance
Your strengths include:
- 3–4 years of experience in AP/AR, billing, and credit management
- Working knowledge of Sage 300 and Sage 500
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
