Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our team in the field of parking management and enforcement services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the business development efforts, fostering client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Market Research:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Analyze competitors and market conditions to identify business opportunities.

Lead Generation:

• Generate leads through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry conferences.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create targeted lead lists and develop strategies for outreach.

Client Relationship Management:

• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Proposal Development:

• Support in the preparation of business proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Work closely with the business development team to ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.

Sales Support:

• Collaborate with the sales team to create and update sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Assist in organizing and participating in client meetings and presentations.

Administrative Tasks:

• Provide administrative support for business development activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and managing communication.

Qualifications:

• Education in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a business development or sales support role.
• Knowledge of parking management and enforcement services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.

Pay: $21.00-$23.07 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
